OMFG! - How can animals similar to Bernaldo Bicoy - who is a twice convicted child sex offender get bail?

This punk lied and faked himself as a lawyer and business investor consultant to win trust of adolescents. Out of all people, the govern lets him out on bail!

Damn neighborhoods of Lake Forest are now dangerous. Who do we petition?
